Return Policy
1. Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of in-store purchase or from the date of receipt of your order.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept any return or refund requests.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be unworn, unused, with all tags still attached and in perfect condition
- Be returned in its complete original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, customization purposes, or due to the nature of the product:
- Food products
- Cosmetics
- Jewellery
- Books
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom-made or personalized products
These categories are strictly excluded from the return policy, except in the case of a proven defect.
4. Return Procedure
For purchases made in-store, please bring the item(s) directly back to the shop so the return can be assessed.
For purchases made on our website, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us at the email address provided on the website
- Include your order number and the reason for the return
- Wait for our confirmation before sending any item back
- Return the item in its original packaging to the address provided
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refunds and Store Credit
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether your request has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- A refund or store credit (valid for 3 months) may be issued depending on the case
- The compensation method is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the return and the condition of the item
Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (defective product or order mistake), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include supporting photos.
We will handle the situation as quickly as possible (replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the case).
