Founded in New Delhi by Rikki Kher, KARDO places people and artisanal craftsmanship back at the heart of creation. Inspired by workwear and classic tailoring, the brand celebrates Indian textile craftsmanship — ikat weaving, natural indigo dyeing, block printing, and chikankari embroidery.
Each piece is made according to the “One × One” principle, where a single artisan creates the garment from start to finish, from pattern cutting to final finishing. KARDO collaborates with local weavers and dyers to preserve these techniques while minimising its environmental footprint.
